All products come with a 90 day limited Warranty. To start claim please contact us with order number and proof of purchase. We will provide further instructions for return. Customer must pay for return shipping cost. Once we receive product the condition will be evaluated by Britton Tool and offer a warranty repair/replacement analysis. Please allow 2-3 weeks for evaluation.
Not covered by warranty determined by Britton Tool: normal wear and tear, over tightening of screws, abuse, extreme environmental conditions, accidents and misuse.
Return/Refund policy
30 day return policy: must be in new condition with no defects, original packaging and proof of purchase. Customer must pay for return shipping cost and 15% restocking fee.
Once we receive product we will evaluate condition and email status on return. Please contact us with order number and proof of purchase and we will provide further instruction for return.
Refund: after approved completed evaluation Britton Tool issued refunds will typically take 10-15 business days.
